ST. CATHARINES, ON, May 5, 2015 /CNW/ - Algoma Central Corporation ("Algoma" – www.algonet.com) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 1, 2015 amd announces that all the nominees listed in its Management Proxy Circular dated March 20, 2015 were elected as directors until the next annual general meeting of shareholders. All nominees were elected with the support of 83% of shares voted. The detailed results of the vote are set out below.
