75 Corporate Park Drive is a first-class office building strategically located south of the QEW in St. Catharines, Ontario. It is the head office for Niagara Credit Union and consists of nearly 60,000-square-feet of prime office space. Niagara Credit Union is a 50% owner of the property.

The steel-frame building was constructed in 1990 and is striking, with a blue reflective glass skin.
