Bruce & Bay Building

Built in 1912, the Bruce & Bay Building was for many years, home to Algoma Central Corporation.

The impressive heritage building houses three floors of commercial office space totaling about 20,000-square-feet. Its unique features include original sandstone construction. The building is adjacent to Station Mall and is one block south of the downtown business-shopping district.

ASCU Community Credit Union is the primary tenant of the building.
